We are all waiting for the much-anticipated adaptation of the Broadway musical Nine to hit the silver screens in November. Penelope Cruz, Nicole Kidman and Kate Hudson will be taking the center stage.

There will be one more star in that movie, actually over a million of them - Swarovski Crystals -  will be used to embellish the cast's costumes.

Academy Award-winning costume designer Colleen Atwood collaborated with Swarovski to create a show-stopping spectacle that sparkles throughout. Crystals adorn 36 costumes, including a crystal mesh dress worn by Kate Hudson, a basque worn by Penelope Cruz and an evening dress worn by Nicole Kidman.

The year was 1920. That year Coco Chanel introduced the little black dress, and since then it has been an Every-Woman-Must-Have.
