These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We have a 30-day return policy. From the day you receive your item you have 30 days to return or exchange it. We want you to be happy.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on returns.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional services and fees incurred will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Contact Brooke R. at 908.575.1242 ext. 107 to Obtain Your Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMA). You MUST write this code on the outside of the package for it to be accepted for processing.
Package the item in a box or padded envelope. Do not use paper envelopes as they may rip during postal processing. We recommend insuring your return packages as we are not responsible for any returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Items may be returned via USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your request for a return. If you no longer have the invoice, simply include the RMA form with your full name, address and the reason for the return. Include the RMA form\note in the return package.

We process refunds in a timely manner. The time it takes for a refund to be reflected can vary depending on the credit card company or bank. Most refunds take 48 to 72 business hours to show up on your account. However, some banks take 1 to 2 billing cycles to reflect the refund. Please check with your credit card company to be sure they have received the refund.
